GUM SYRUP will feature apparel, original merchandise, snacks, drinks, and other items, including HOLY CLAP as one of its featured series. The store aims to create a space where Japanese and American culture, creativity, and everyday experiences come together in an unexpected way. We are looking for Store Leader to join our opening team and help create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers. As an opening team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the atmosphere and style of our first Los Angeles location from the ground up.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a retail environment - Responsible and able to take ownership of day-to-day store operations - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Interest in apparel, fashion, culture, and related fields - Comfortable with basic computer and smartphone use
- Previous experience in apparel, lifestyle goods, retail, or a similar environment - Experience in store operations or staff management - Japanese communication skills are a plus, but not required
