GUM SYRUP will feature apparel, original merchandise, snacks, drinks, and other items, including HOLY CLAP as one of its featured series. The store aims to create a space where Japanese and American culture, creativity, and everyday experiences come together in an unexpected way. We are looking for Retail Sales Associate to join our opening team and help create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers. As an opening team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the atmosphere and style of our first Los Angeles location from the ground up.
- Enjoy interacting with customers - Interest in fashion, apparel, culture, and related fields - Friendly with good communication skills - Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous customer service or sales experience - Previous experience in apparel, lifestyle goods, retail, or a similar environment - Japanese communication skills are a plus, but not required
